30-day returns
You can return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. Items must be unused, in their original condition and in the original packaging.
How to start a return
- Email us at getnewdeals@shoprus.store with your order number and the item you want to return.
- We will reply within 1–2 business days with the return address and instructions. Our products ship from several US warehouses, so please do not send items back without contacting us first.
- Ship the item back with a tracking number.
Return shipping
If your item arrived damaged, defective or was not what you ordered, we cover return shipping or send a replacement at no cost. Please email us a photo within 7 days of delivery. For all other returns, the customer pays return shipping, and original shipping charges are not refunded.
Refunds
Once the warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will email you and issue your refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Items we cannot accept back
- Items that have been used, damaged after delivery or are missing parts
- Gift cards and digital products
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
